RETURNING & NEW PARTICIPANTS
Join us for the 2nd of our unique creative ecology workshops, WITH IMPROVED CAMERAS, exploring one of the earliest forms of photography using sunlight and nature. Although the results from session one were lovely, we thought we could do even better and Kanchi has spent time redesigning the cameras.

You will head out for another slow, guided woodland walk using the upgraded, handmade cyanotype “cameras” to create beautiful light images inspired by the world around us. Along the way, you’ll think about how trees and other living things experience the environment differently and take time to observe the shapes, structures and patterns of native UK plants and wildlife.

Back at base, we’ll develop our cyanotype prints and start work on the large, community artwork.

In SESSION 3, Saturday 19th September, we will come back together to complete the collaborative artwork inspired by the woodland. BOOK THE DATE!

Session Schedule:
10am–10:30am – Introduction and camera demonstration
10:30am onwards – Guided cyanotype photography walk
11:30–2pm - Develop prints and make a start on the community artwork
