YOUNG VOLUNTEERS

Youth and young people opportunities

Volunteering with Andover Trees United helps young people build confidence, skills, and experience while connecting with nature and boosting youth voice.

For ages 8–16+, our opportunities include conservation projects, citizen science, and hands-on environmental activities. These help develop practical skills, build understanding of the environment, and encourage care for nature.

No experience is needed, as full training and support are provided. We ask for a regular commitment. Outdoor volunteers should wear suitable clothing for all weather, and under 18s will need parental permission. We also support work experience and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Whether you want to meet new people, gain experience, or give back to your community, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive team.
