Recorders needed for wildlife surveys

Our intern, a graduate ecologist will be running wildlife surveys in Harmony Woods, in order to develop some baseline data of 'what's in the woods'.

Surveys will be starting at the end of April and we are looking for expressions of interest from potential data recorders to help carry out the surveys over the year. We are looking for people who know their birds, bees, butterflies, bats, moths, flowers or grasses.

Data collection can be done by individuals simply on a walk through the woods, and recorders will be given their instructions via email as to avoid meeting in-person (maintaining covid social distancing).

Are you a keen data recorder or want to learn more about surveying and are interested in getting involved? Please do get in touch!
