Freshwater Adventures
Get ready to dive into a day of wild, muddy, and magical fun! Join us for Freshwater Adventures, where you'll become a real nature explorer. Grab your nets and trays for an exciting Pond Dip—scoop up slippery newts, zooming water boatmen, and all sorts of wiggly wonders hiding beneath the surface.
Then, let your imagination take flight as we head to the craft table to create your own clay creatures, inspired by the pond’s most mysterious residents. Will you mold a dragonfly with glittery wings, a frog with a big goofy grin, or maybe a monster no one’s ever seen before?
Whether you're a mini scientist or a budding artist, this is a day of splashing, sculpting, and searching you won’t want to miss!

For ages : 7 to 11
All sessions cost £6 per child - accompanying adults FREE - and include refreshments. Sessions are limited to 10 places each.

Andover Trees United is extremely fortunate to have an incredible youth team as well as a newly-appointed Ecology and Environmental Education intern who together are taking responsibility for delivering nature activities in planted-by-children Harmony Woods, to ensure that opportunities for children and their parents, grandparents and carers to have fun together in this lovely setting can continue during school holidays.
Supported (in the background) by experienced Andover Trees staff and volunteers, Matt, Natalia and Hebe are offering sessions over the May half-term. Please join us for some fun-filled time in the wood and support the ongoing training of our fabulous Youth Ambassadors for Nature
