The world is full of things we cannot always see.
Join us for a special evening bat walk and survey as we head into the woods after dark to discover the fascinating nocturnal wildlife living above our heads. Using bat survey equipment, we’ll listen out for bat calls and learn how bats navigate and hunt using sound in near-total darkness.
This guided session explores the hidden world of echolocation and how sound interacts with nature when light becomes scarce.
