The first part of the walk will be led by our Ecology intern Hebe and youth team member, Natalia, who will explain and demonstrate how they gather information from data transects. The walk will continue to the eastern end of the wood, where Abbey will talk to you about the calcareous grassland restoration we have planned and how everyone can get involved.
11:00 time for a cup of tea/coffee and a snack back at The Cabin.
At 11:15 the formal AGM will begin - if you have volunteered with us in the past year, you have voting rights and we encourage everybody to comment on the work of the charity and suggest new ideas for the future..We are bidding farewell to long-serving Trustee Dan Lobb and hope to have a good turnout to show their appreciation for all e has done.
At 11:35 presentations, thank yous and short talks from a range of voices, all of whom contribute to the charity in some way,
It’s a great way to find out more about the diversity of our work and hopes for the future.
We aim to finish at midday to allow time to look at displays and talk and ask questions, followed by a light lunch.
PLEASE let us know in advance if you would like to stay for lunch, and if you have any allergies, so that we can prepare the right amount of food!

CAR PARKING: - Sports Ground or Enham (just not around the Green out of respect for local residents’ parking) if you prefer to walk up Anton Lane.
