Evening Bat Walk

Join our Ecology Intern Laura on Friday 7th July in Harmony Woods for an evening bat walk. Exact times are yet to be confirmed, but due to the time of dusk the session is likely to start between 8 and 8:30pm.

No experience necessary, we will be using bat detectors. You will also be able to see how a moth trap is set up, and there is the opportunity to rejoin us on the Saturday morning to see the moths that have been caught, before a Bioblitz event.

This is the fourth of our 2023 series of public ecology and citizen science events, which form part of our ‘Nature in Harmony’ project. Read about the previous ones on our blog.

These events are free to attend but, to help us know how many people to expect, please register in advance by emailing laura.morrell@andovertrees.org.uk
